As previously mentioned in the webpage, we welcome anyone who is taking N- or O-Levels, even private candidates. • What happens if my child can't attend one of the lessons?
We will be in touch to understand the reason and also arrange a replacement lesson. However, do understand that we have limited time slots to do a replacement class. If we cannot make up for the lesson not attended, the lesson will be forfeited. Whenever there is any foreseen mismatch of schedule, we appreciate a notice in advance so we can better prepare an appropriate arrangement for your child. If there happens to be a long term mismatch of schedule, we will otherwise discuss more about the schedule fit. Do understand that as much as we have tailored solutions for each child, there are some forms of structure in the programme so missing lessons in the long run will definitely affect the effectiveness of the programme. In the event that the child attended less than the prescribed 4/5 lessons for the month, the balance class will be carried over to the following month as a replacement lesson. The following month will be billed as per normal for 4/5 lessons. There will be no refund arrangements.
